Overview
Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act provides that “no person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, sex, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.”
OKI operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age and/or disability in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.
Grievance Procedure
Anyone who believes they’ve been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with OKI.
