Brossart, Julia

Julia is responsible for managing the OKI communications department, legislative affairs & public relations along with creating strategic partnerships. She guides work to reach the public and stakeholders with information about OKI’s crucial work in the region. Julia has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Missouri and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Western Kentucky University.
