Regional Planning Forum

Tuesday, June 10 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm EDT

We are excited to welcome Jay Dick from Americans for the Arts to give a national perspective of the community-building and economic power of the arts. Americans for the Arts is holding their national convention in Cincinnati this June, and Jay graciously offered to engage with us at a Regional Planning Forum.

Accompanying Jay’s presentation, we will have a panel with local examples of how art has provided the centerpiece for community and economic development endeavors. Our panelists include:

  • Margaret O’Gorman, Blue Ash Parks
  • Tom West, City of Covington
  • Stephanie Collins, Westwood Works
  • Liz Hayden, City of Hamilton

Also, we will have OKI’s own David Rutter to give an overview of our efforts in water quality planning as part of Ohio’s 208 water program.

In partnership with APA Cincinnati Section, AICP CM credits are pending for this event. Questions? Contact Andy Meyer at 513-619-7705 or ameyer@oki.org
