Public Comment Opportunity: Draft FY2021-2024 TIP Amendment 8
The TIP is periodically amended, as needed, because the scope, cost, and timing of the included projects are subject to periodic change, and new projects are continually being developed. The amendment reflected in the proposed resolution includes the addition of four transit projects in Ohio. All projects are exempt from air quality conformity requirements. Prior to presentation to the Board of Directors, the proposed amendment is posted on the OKI website for at least 14 days and public comments are accepted. Staff presents the amendment to the Intermodal Coordinating Committee (ICC), the ICC considers the issue, and makes a recommendation to the Board of Directors. Any public comments will be presented to the Board of Directors prior to scheduled action.
Comments on the proposed amendment may be submitted to Regina Fields by October 13, 2021.
