On behalf of Cincinnati Bulk Terminals, LLC, the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments is seeking “Sealed Bid Proposals” for the fabrication and installation of a conveyor system according to engineered drawings. Fifty percent of the project is funded by the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA). The Request for Proposals document containing government regulation provisions, detailed submission guidelines, proposal specifications and engineered drawings can be found HERE.
