On behalf of Cincinnati Bulk Terminals, LLC, the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments is seeking “Sealed Bid Proposals” is accepting Statements of Qualifications for professional services, materials and equipment required to run all needed conduit to (a) power motors and lights on a 600-foot conveyor and 300-foot stacker; (b) tie into existing systems; and (c) interlock a new control board. Fifty percent of the project is funded by the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA). The Request for Proposals document containing government regulation provisions, detailed submission guidelines, proposal specifications and engineered drawings can be found HERE.
