The Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for professional services for consultant services to assist in the development of a new freight plan for the region. The Request for Qualifications document containing detailed submission guidelines and SOQ specifications can be found HERE.

Sealed Proposals received at the OKI office by the deadline will be publicly opened on April 20, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. EST via Zoom.
