Call for Public Comment: OKI Title II ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan
OKI seeks public comment for its Title II ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan. The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 address the needs of individuals with disabilities and prohibits the discrimination of individuals with disabilities to participate in employment opportunities, public services, public accommodations and telecommunication. OKI has developed its self-evaluation and transition plan to outline its compliance with ADA standards and requirements related to the transportation planning process and physical accommodations.
This self-evaluation and transition plan document will be open to public comment until September 7th, 2022. Comments can be submitted to Florence Parker at FParker@OKI.org.
