The Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for professional services assist in the development of a communications campaign to publicize its newly released Freight Plan for the OKI Region. The Request for Qualifications document contains detailed submission guidelines and SOQ specifications.
