On behalf of Benchmark River & Rail Terminals, LLC, the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments is now accepting “Sealed Bid Proposals” for construction of a new traffic signal at Benchmark’s private Gate 2 terminal entrance at US 50. Eighty percent of the project is funded by the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA). The Request for Proposals document containing detailed submission guidelines and bid specifications can be found here.
The submittal deadline for proposals is Noon EDT June 13, 2024.
