The Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments (OKI) is now accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for human resource services. These duties include, but are not limited to, developing, recommending, establishing and communicating human resource services, programs and policies to the OKI management and staff. Act as the primary advisor to all OKI managers regarding staff development, evaluation, diplomacy and disciplinary issues and other sensitive matters. See Section IV for detailed project scope. OKI, as the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky metropolitan area, will serve as the project manager and contract directly with the selected firm resulting from this RFQ.

Interested firms’ questions and inquiries on the specifications of this SOQ shall be submitted in writing via email to Katie Hannum at khannum@oki.org.
Questions will be accepted until February 24, 2025, 3:00 EST. The responses to all questions will be posted on www.oki.org within (2) business days of receipt.
Public Opening
SOQs received by the deadline will be publicly opened on March 18, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.
