The Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms interested in providing services to produce AAM Electrical Infrastructure Plans for five southwest Ohio GA airports. Questions & Answers
The following questions were received by email at rbancroft@oki.org between the RFQ Release
Date of February 11, 2025 and the Question Deadline of February 27, 2025 12:00 p.m. EST.
1. Per Attachment #7, our firm does perform many of the types of work listed, but we do
not have a “Firm Indirect Cost Rate Cognizant Review Approval Certificate” issued by the
Ohio DOT. Does this preclude us from responding to this RFQ?
Yes, you are correct. Your firm would not be eligible, especially since the firm performs
the types of work listed in Attachment #7. However, if your firm can show proof to OKI in
your SOQ that the firm has applied for approval of the overhead rate with ODOT and the
approval would be granted before contract execution (target NTP May 1, 2025), then your
firm could still submit.
Public Opening
SOQs received by the deadline will be publicly opened on March 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. EST via Teams.
Attendance at the public opening is not required for eligibility.
